Very well deserved. It is GREAT to see the Michelin inspectors finally getting outside Dublin and Belfast this year. Hopefully in the coming years we will see other resturants outside of Dublin getting some well deserved visits from the inspectors. Ballymaloe House in Cork, Gregans Castle in Ballyvaughan and the Old Convent in Co. Tipperary are just some that come to mind as examples of rural Irish Resturants that have at least one star if they were in France. Every other award body gets to visit and reward these resturants. It's time Michelin gave their inspectors more time in Ireland. Hopefully the success of the Cliff House will make them realise this. Well done to the Cliff House. Very well deserved.
