		<description>Omelettes are the best &#039;fast plate&#039; I know of. A nice breakfast 2-egg omelette (potatoes,mushrooms,onion,garlic,pinch of dry chilli flakes) can get a Sat morning off to a brilliant start (along with the requisite freshly brewed coffee.) You can eat it with one hand while the other one holds the morning paper!</description>
