Agree on the wild salmon being far superior although I tend to just avoid salmon altogether given the depletion of stocks and blandness of the farmed stuff.  They say if we all leave the wild stuff alone, in five years there will be loads. One can only hope.  My parents live in the sticks of Mayo and occasionally a wild salmon gets caught in the nets of the local fishermen and they bring it up to them still twitching.  I pretend I didn&#039;t know where it came from and indulge. Heaven! ;-)</description>
