		<description>This recipe seems great!  Now that summer is coming to an end, my family is tired of salads and barbecue- we are ready for warmer dishes, so this fits the bill.  I live near Boston in the USA and italian dishes are really big here at the moment, so I will share this recipe with friends.  I am in Ireland often and like the reviews so I can try new places with success. Keep them coming!</description>
